The Foundation

The ACSPCA is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is committed to:
 
  • Ensuring that all pet owners have access to quality veterinary health care, regardless of their income or ability to pay
  • Promoting spay/neuter programs
  • Educating the public regarding respect for animal life and responsible pet ownership
  • Encouraging adoption of abandoned, neglected or abused animals
  • Providing shelter and medical care for animals in need
